How To Get Back On Track

It's nothing like being in the zone, focused and handling our business. Unfortunately, at some point, no matter who you are, we all fall off. We get lax, distracted, take things for granted and let ourselves go. We lose the focus that we once had.

We all do it.

It almost like falling asleep at the wheel. You never realize the point at which you dozed off until you jump up and say "Oh shoot! I can't believe I fell asleep!!!". Once you realize it, quickly take control of the wheel and getting back on the track. You dig?

My advice is not to beat yourself up. It is what it is and you are where you are. Regret is a waste of time and energy. I completely understand why it important to be hard on yourself, but man, if you constantly tear yourself down, how can you give yourself the needed motivation to get back up and start over.

You have to accept where you are. Take a deep breath and begin the day by day, step by step, process of getting back on course.

It is never too late to make a comeback.
